Proven technical background and experience of support/configuration of Linux/Unix or Windows servers;
Experience with the DBs;
Experience in Linux command line;
At least basic knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, SLA/OLA;
Troubleshooting skills strong enough to be able to perform L2 investigation and deliver resolutions;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner;
Good communication skills;
Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.
Experience with the NoSQL DBs;
Familiarity with SDLC;
Readiness to work night shifts (in future);
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP;
Docker, Docker-Compose knowledge.
