Upgrading Trendz Analytics to 1.11.2

Trendz Analytics package download

Download the Windows installation archive: trendz-windows-1.11.2.zip.

Trendz Analytics service upgrade

  1. Stop the Trendz service if it is running:
    net stop trendz
  2. Back up your Trendz configuration directory (e.g. C:\trendz\conf).
  3. Remove the Trendz install directory.
  4. Unzip the installation archive to the Trendz install directory.
  5. Merge your old configuration settings into the new configuration files.

Run upgrade.bat as Administrator:

C:\trendz> upgrade.bat --fromVersion=1.11.1

Start the service

net start trendz
