Plan and Billing
The Plan and billing section lets tenant administrators manage subscriptions, monitor usage, configure billing details, and review invoices directly from the ThingsBoard Cloud UI.
All subscription management, payment processing, and card storage are handled entirely by Stripe. ThingsBoard does not store your credit card data.
Accessing Plan and billing
Section titled “Accessing Plan and billing”Navigate to Plan and billing from the main menu. Only tenant administrators have access.
When action is required — for example, if billing information is incomplete — a warning banner appears at the top of the page.
The section contains up to five tabs:

| Subscription | View your current plan, usage limits, and update your subscription |
| Billing information | Configure payment method and billing address |
| Invoices | View past invoices and preview upcoming charges |
| Audit logs | Review history of billing-related actions |
Audit logs
Section titled “Audit logs”The Audit logs tab shows a history of billing-related actions — plan changes, payment method updates, coupon applications, and other administrative events. Use audit logs for troubleshooting and compliance tracking.
