Subscription

The Subscription tab in Plan and billing shows your current plan, usage limits, and lets you update your subscription.

The tab displays your current plan name, status badge, subscription period, next charge date, and upcoming charge amount.

Available actions:

• Update plan — change your subscription tier or customize add-ons and top-ups
• Cancel subscription — end your current subscription (see Subscription Plans for cancellation details)
• Apply coupon — redeem a promotional or discount code

The subscription data area has two toggle tabs:

Entities & Features shows:

• Add-on status — White-labeling, Edge Computing, Trendz Analytics
• Entity counts with progress bars — Devices, Assets, Customers, Users, Dashboards, Integrations, Converters, Calculated Fields, and more
• Default storage TTL and Calculated Fields per entity limit

API calls shows:

• Transport messages and data points
• Data points storage days
• Rule engine executions, JS/TBEL executions
• Emails, SMS, Alarms, Reports, AI credits

Click + next to any limit to extend it with a top-up. For plan-gated features, a Choose [plan] link appears instead. The See details link at the bottom of the API calls tab opens a detailed breakdown.

Click Update plan to open a three-step wizard.

Select from five plans: Free ($0), Prototype ($49), Pilot ($149), Startup ($399), and Business ($749). Your current plan is marked with a badge. Each plan card has a Select or Customize button.

A Thinking about migrating to Private Cloud? banner appears at the bottom of the page.

The customization step has two columns: Add-ons (left) and Top-ups (right).

• White labeling — requires Pilot or higher. On lower plans, an “Unlock with Pilot plan” message appears.
• Edge Computing — toggle on/off. Included from Free tier with 100% OFF on some plans.
• Trendz Analytics — toggle on/off. Priced per plan tier.

The top-ups column has two sub-tabs:

Entities — Extra Device Pack, Extra Customer Pack, Extra Integration Pack, Extra Calculated Field. Each has +/- controls and a per-unit price.

API calls — Traffic Pack, Compute Pack, Storage Pack, Alarm Pack, Email Pack, SMS Pack.

If the current plan’s base limits are too low for a top-up, an Update to [plan] button appears instead of the +/- controls.

The total monthly cost is shown at the bottom. On paid plans, an Apply coupon link is available.

Review the final monthly price. If you are mid-cycle, a prorated charge applies for the remaining days.

Click Update plan to confirm.

Click Cancel subscription to open the cancellation dialog.

1. Select a reason from the Why are you leaving us? dropdown: Missing features I need, Missing documentation, Switching to another product, Shutting down the company/project, or Platform is too complex.
2. Type cancel my subscription in the confirmation field.
3. Click Cancel subscription.

Click Apply coupon, enter the coupon code in the dialog, and click Apply.
